Really pathetic experience with this clinic.
I booked an appointment from Oladoc app. I reached there before time but the doctor was not at time nor even the PA.
When PA came i showed him my appointment msg. He said your time is 8:30 but Oladoc app gave me 5:15.
Mny os se pocha k bhai q kia howa mny appointment li hoi hai 5:15 ki. Or wo jahil PA kehny laga k ap ny hum se appointment ni li hoi on se bat kry jin se appointment li hai.
Mny kaha to bhai ap logo ny oder q register kia howa phir. He said k mny ni kia doctor ni kia hai on se pochy. That's how he respond to me and said your appointment is cancel for today we are not attending you.
I don't know about the doctor credibility but his PA was totally jahil.
If you are not attending people from those application then please unregistered yourself from these apps and don't waste time of us.
Dr sahab is a very kind and humble person, very competent and gives u plenty of time in consultation although he is a busy man. He guided us completely and answered all our questions with patience. I have been to numerous big nephrologist in lahore and islamabad due to serious health issues and found him the humblest and most competent Dr of all. Gives u hope and hear ur problems throughly.
